WHAT THE SCHOOL INTRUDER
SYSTEM DOES

School and student/teacher safety is of the utmost importance today. Any educator or staff member who uses Evalyon has access to an emergency notification system to alert officials and gain valuable time to protect and shelter students while help comes to their location.

 

If there is a school or classroom intruder or other emergency, simply touch the Emergency Alert screen to automatically notify the appropriate officials for assistance.

 

Automated text, phone calls, and emails are sent to the appropriate contacts to alert them to the situation taking place right now. Messages give the name of

the staff member, a map to the location

where the emergency was cited, and the

date and time of the emergency call.

 

Officials can immediately contact and

dispatch needed emergency responders to come to the exact location as needed.  Notification recipients are fully customizable.

1. It will call officials and deliver a message.

2. It will notify officials through text messages.

3. It will notify officials through emails.

EVALYON STUDENT DATA SAFETY AND SECURITY:

In addition to protecting our students and teachers, Evalyon also protects and safeguards the student data that is collected by its users.

 

DATA SECURITY:

Evalyon's capture and storage of data is designed to meet or exceed HIPAA and HITECH standards, including 2,048 bit secure-socket layer connections for all users. Data access can be limited to in-school settings and can be limited to weekday school hours.
